Acapulco Hall is a special place. This is an ideal offer for those who look for a perfect place for all kinds of receptions.

We are very flexible so that we are able to organize different parties such as:

Birthday and anniversary parties

Acapulco Hall is an ideal place for a birthday or anniversary party. Either small or huge we always take care of a party to be perfect.

Would you like to meet your friends to watch your holiday pictures or films? Would you like to organize a stag party or a baby shower? You are warmly welcomed at our place!

Depending on a sort of reception we can offer cold and/or hot buffet or serving dishes on platters. The menu is agreed on individually with each Client and we can offer traditional dishes of Polish and Italian cuisine prepared specifically by the chefs of a well-known restaurant Piccola Italia  which has a recomendation of Italian organisation of Academia della Cucina.

We also have a well-equipped dancing place with  visual facilities and a DJ stand.

The hall rent is the best solution for those who prefer avoiding long preparations before and tiring cleaning after a reception.

In addition we are able to take over the logistics of a reception/event and also take care of professional decorations, sweets, sending the invitations etc.

Kids parties

The date of your beloved child's birthday is approaching but you are not sure where to organize the party? Are you not willing to spend a whole day on preparing before and then on cleaning after thes reception? We have an ideal solution for that: At Acapulco we can organize an unforgettable birthday party for your child. We do not offer read-made packegeas. Every kid is unique and has specific needs and tastes. We are eager to meet the parents as well as "the hero" of the party to make the reception individual.

Acapulco is the only hall in Warsaw that offers a solution thanks to which parents are able to talk freely and enjoy a delicious meal while the children play and eat our tasty dishes.

Our prices are definately affordable, we can organize a kids party just from 300 PLN for 12 children.

Christening and Holy Communion parties

Acapulco Hall gives an opportunity to organize different occasion receptions as Christening and Holy Communion parties. We offer you the perfectly prepared family gatherings. Quite often it turns out that such events organized and prepared at home are very tiring, time consuming and frequently overrun the budget. Thanks to our offer you can save both time and money and gain the peace and certainty of a successful party.

Wedding receptions

A wedding reception is the first party and the first test for the new path of life together.

If you would like to have wonderful memories from your wedding party we warmly invite you to take our services into consideration. Our recepion hall can host up to about 70 guests, our staff is very professional  and friendly and our menu consists of delicious dishes of Polish and Italian cuisine. All that helps to build a good and unique atmosphere so the guests enjoy the event very much.

Acapulco Hall provides the professional DJ equipment but we can also provide room for a traditional band. As an interesting novelty we have equipped the hall with a modern overhead projector and the guests can watch the pictures and films currently taken during the party. 

We are also able to see to the decorations of the hall and a limo, music settings, hiring a photographer etc.

Trainings and conferences

Acapulco Hall is perfectly adjusted to hold any trainings and conferences, we have all technical facilities needed for such events. The localization of the hall is an additional advantage. Within our offer we can prepare lunch or starters for the participants. We hope the rent of Acapulco Hall is a really ideal solution.
